FLXON priority customer service expands to DR

CPS service allows a customer to use special email “Hot Lines” to place and track orders.

FLXON Inc. has announced the expansion of its Customer Priority Service (CPS) to now include the Dominican Republic. CPS service allows a customer to use Priority Service email “Hot Lines” to place and track orders, get answers to technical questions, and schedule plant visits.

The CPS Hot Lines are monitored 7 days a week by bi-lingual service professionals, assuring prompt response to urgent matters as they arise, regardless of when.

According to Efrain Martinez, business development manager for FLXON Latin America, “This added service compliments the appointment in 2014 when FLXON teamed up with DISINSA, S.R.L., the highly respected service provider to the flexographic and rotogravure printing industry in the Dominican Republic.”

Martinez went on to say that DISINSA’s success in representing FLXON’S line of process improving products and services, most notably the SWEDCUT brand of high performance doctor blades, has far exceeded expectation.
